My name is Valerie Lakey, I live in one of the most beautiful places ever! I am married with a son and a daughter. We are ranchers in Northeastern California and everyday get to enjoy the simple things in life. I am very involved in my community...serving on various boards over the years, I have owned a retail business, coached, volunteered for just about everything and love every minute of it. My involvement in my community has provided me with a vast wealth of knowledge and information. I am a reporter for a community newspaper and contribute to a variety of other publications.
